Details of the Job/Internship

SS Mobile is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 4–7 years to join their office in Kolhapur. The role involves handling legal documentation, compliance, litigation support, and providing legal advice on business operations and transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including Leave and License agreements.
• Conduct legal searches and update property details.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.
• Assist in litigation, gather evidence, and coordinate with external advocates.
• Support dispute resolution and corporate governance matters.
• Provide legal advice on business operations and transactions.
• Maintain legal documentation and handle regulatory filings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 4–7 years of similar corporate experience.
• Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
