Details of the Job/Internship
STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited (STT GDC India) is hiring a legal manager with 8-10 years of experience to join them in Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and development agreements.
- Ensure all contracts are legally binding and compliant with current laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions to identify potential legal risks and liabilities.
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with local, state, and federal laws, including zoning and environmental regulations.
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company, including finance, operations, and development.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks associated with real estate transactions.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement measures to protect the company's assets and interests.
- Co-ordinate with external counsels for registration of sale deed, lease deed and other related documents.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate
- WORK EXPERIENCE (Minimum years of experience required)
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience is mandatory, 5 yrs in real estate transactions, having experience of working with big developers like DLF, M3M, Godrej, Tata Reality, etc.
- Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and disputes.
