SuchirIndia is hiring a Legal Manager / Assistant Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
- Conduct legal due diligence and analyze local property laws.
- Prepare preliminary property notes and title reports.
- Coordinate with external advocates for legal opinions.
- Collaborate with bank panel advocates for project approvals and finance-related legal clearances.
- Address legal queries from customers and advocates.
- Draft legal documents such as MOUs, JDAs, Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and Procurement Agreements.
- Supervise legal aspects of business transactions and operations.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Provide guidance on labor law, IP matters, and contractual disputes.
- Develop legal strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
- Conduct legal research and stay informed on legal and regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate with 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Experience in land purchase and non-litigation matters is essential.
