Details of the Job/Internship

Suzlon Group is hiring Legal Manager with the experience of 5 to 10 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting of Supply Contracts, Services Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)/Term Sheets, Non-Disclosure Agreements and such other documents as required for wind business
• Study and advice the Company on the legalities of contracts, should be able to handle contract negotiation with clients and third parties independently, drawing up the legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.
• Advisory role in corporate law matters pertaining to Arbitration, IBC, Company affairs, Taxation matters, Labour & Industrial Laws, Property Law, Insurance matters, land transactions, local laws, international commercial transactions etc.
• Should have understanding of Wind business, Power sector and advice the management on the legal provision that can help the prospective customers

Eligibility

• LLB Graduate with 5 to 10 years post qualification experience.
