Swastik Productions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal manager to join their office in Mumbai.
- Timings - 11am - 7 pm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating, and vetting/redlining agreements, letters, NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, etc., related to the production of TV shows, web series, films, and agreements for artists, HODs, technicians, and crew, as per the company's requirements.
- Managing contracts from inception to completion.
- Providing legal research and advice on all company-related legal matters.
- Identifying and flagging contractual concerns, and proposing business-aligned solutions.
- Preparing letters, notices, representations, terminations, and responses as required.
- Collaborating with creative and business teams to understand and advise on legal requirements.
- Guiding teams on legal regulations, restrictions, and compliance.
- Staying informed on relevant legal developments and advising leadership on their impact.
Eligibility
- Experience in the Media industry preferred.
