Details of the Job/Internship

T-Hub is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 7–8 years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of all legal documents, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business teams to mitigate organizational risk and facilitate deal closures.
• Develop and maintain standardized legal templates to streamline organizational processes.
• Drive the roadmap for legal process automation to enhance efficiency across the department.
• Represent the organisation in high-stakes negotiations with clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Dedicate regular office hours to provide legal support and guidance to startup companies within the T-Hub ecosystem.
• Manage program-specific contracts and MoUs to support various incubation and acceleration initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively across the ecosystem to ensure all legal frameworks support innovation and growth.

Eligibility

• LL.B/LL.M from a reputed legal institution.
• 7–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specifically in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Sector Expertise: Strong preference for experience in Section 8 (not-for-profit) companies, incubators, or CSR-funded organisations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; experience with Zoho Contracts is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and an entrepreneurial approach to legal challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth and collaborative environment.
