T-Systems ITC India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
Data Privacy, drafting & vetting legal agreements, vendor/customer contract negotiations from legal perspective, dealing with German colleagues for Data privacy/legal matters, and co-ordination with external consultants.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience as leading GDPR/Data Privacy topic.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with MNC with exposure to above topic.
- Strong in Communication, Regulations, Policy Matters, Documentation and DX best practices.
Hands-on Experience in key areas of:
- Data Privacy and Security (facing off with DT Group).
- Good understanding of GDPR, Privacy and Security.
- Good understanding of India Data Privacy Law.
- Ability to handle incidents, cases and drive investigations.
- Reporting back to Groups on Incidents.
- Governance, Risks and Compliance.
- High-level Compliance Policy Matters.
- Certifications if any.
- Audits and experience in conducting and handling external audits.
- Knowledge and Documentation Management, Traceability Matrix.
- Ability to deal with external Group and Practices on their requirements etc.
