Tanla Platforms Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal with 6–10 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a wide range of contract documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Cybersecurity to align contract terms with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate business and legal risks while ensuring all internal approvals are secured.
- Provide legal support for RFPs and respond to legal queries from internal stakeholders.
- Manage litigation matters, maintain documentation, coordinate with external counsel, and support dispute resolution.
- Lead and mentor the legal team to ensure effective delegation and delivery of tasks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 6–10 years of experience in a reputed law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating software/IT contracts, litigation management, and team leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
