Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing legal advice and support on regulatory matters, commercial and transactional issues, litigation matters, and legal risk management while working closely with regional and corporate legal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support on regulatory matters and interpretation of laws and regulations.
• Provide support on commercial and transactional matters.
• Provide support on litigation matters.
• Work closely with regional and corporate legal team members and provide updates.
• Advise engagement teams on legal risks during the engagement lifecycle.
• Liaise with other functions such as HR and Compliance for specialist advice.
• Build relationships with relevant leaders and engagement teams.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss key findings, areas of concern, and gather feedback.
• Consult with or escalate matters to the Regional Legal Head when necessary.
• Negotiate with customers in the local language with a high degree of efficiency.
• Translate agreements and documents from the local language to English.

• Risk management skills and ethical conduct.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the local language and English.

Salary/Stipend
