Details of the Job/Internship
TBO.com is hiring a Manager Legal to handle cross-border litigation, IPR management, contract drafting and negotiation, and provide legal support for complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle and coordinate international litigation matters across jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Ireland, Spain).
- Manage external counsel and provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international contracts, including vendor agreements, MOUs, SSA, SPA, and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Oversee intellectual property rights processes and coordinate registration and enforcement across geographies.
- Assist in regulatory compliance and legal due diligence for international operations.
- Provide legal advisory to business teams on multi-country legal and commercial issues.
- Develop and update legal SOPs and templates with a global perspective.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. with significant post-qualification experience in corporate and international law.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing cross-border legal matters and working with external counsel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
