Details of the Job/Internship

TBO.com is hiring for the position of Legal Manager to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

International Litigation Management

• Lead and coordinate litigation matters across jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Ireland, Spain).
• Manage external counsel and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate international and domestic contracts — including vendor agreements, MOUs, SSA, and SPA — ensuring compliance with local and foreign laws.
• Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions into clear and enforceable contractual terms.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

• Oversee IPR management processes and tools across geographies.
• Coordinate with global teams and advisors for trademark registration, protection, and enforcement.

Regulatory Compliance (International)

• Interpret and ensure compliance with global legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support due diligence and compliance in cross-border operations.

Legal Advisory & Governance

• Provide practical legal guidance on multi-country commercial and operational matters.
• Develop and update global SOPs, templates, and best practices.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution (LL.B.; LL.M. preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate legal roles, with significant cross-border exposure.
• Proven track record in international litigation, contract negotiation, IPR, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independent
