Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Manager with 11-15 years of experience to join their office in Noida or Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
• Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating master service agreements, EPC, turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
• The role requires handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs, along with contracts with OEMs, service providers, subcontractors, software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
• The Legal Manager will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, handle amendments or extensions of contracts, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safeguard the company’s interests in contractual matters, and identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be qualified with an LLB degree and have 11-15 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge in the area of commercial contracts in the IT industry is required.
