Thakkar and Associates is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Vadodara. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Offer legal consultation and guidance on various matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle legal affairs related to the firm’s clients.
• Provide support on contract negotiation and legal risk assessment.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in legal affairs, compliance, and document preparation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
• Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) is required.
