Details of the Job/Internship

Times Internet is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–10 years of experience to join its team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise various commercial agreements including content licensing agreements, MSAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, telemarketing agreements, and NDAs.
• Handle agreements related to advertising sales, strategic partnerships, consulting services, marketing and sales arrangements, and app integration.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues related to digital media, fintech systems, and payment technologies.
• Provide legal guidance on IT laws, data privacy, copyright, trademarks, consumer protection, and intermediary regulations.
• Support business teams in interpreting and applying applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage multiple legal matters and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide legal advice on domestic and global commercial agreements and partnerships.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience with relevant exposure to digital media or publisher industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT laws, fintech regulations, contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business, commercial, and techno-legal understanding.

Salary/Stipend
