Details of the Job/Internship

TOSHIBA TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for the position of Legal Manager to join their office in  Patancheru, Telangana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and vet General and Special Terms & Conditions for the purchase and sale of products, including clauses related to liquidated damages, warranty/defect liability periods, indemnity, suspension, termination, limitation of liability, changes in laws/regulations, and dispute resolution.
• Examine and approve Confidentiality Agreements, Advance Bank Guarantees, Performance Bank Guarantees, and Indemnity Bonds.
• Review and finalize rental/lease agreements to ensure compliance and safeguard company interests.
• Vet General Powers of Attorney and Specific Powers of Attorney for legal accuracy and enforceability.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in contract vetting and corporate legal documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend
