Details of the Job/Internship

TPIPAY FINTECH Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Bhubaneswar.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance.
• Identify legal risks and provide counsel on governance, IP, employment law, and data privacy.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsels.
• Develop internal policies and conduct training.
• Support board and corporate secretarial tasks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university. LL.M. or Company Secretary certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in legal/compliance roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, fintech regulations (RBI guidelines, IT Act, PMLA), and compliance requirements.

Salary/Stipend
