Tredence Inc. is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–12 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage client contracts
• Monitor contract milestones and ensure compliance.
• Support regulatory compliance and implement policies.
• Assist with corporate governance and maintain legal records.
• Conduct legal research and support internal legal decision-making.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• 7–12 years of experience in corporate and contract law.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools.

Salary/Stipend
