Details of the Job/Internship
Tredence is seeking a Legal Manager / Senior Manager with 9-12 years of experience to oversee and manage the company’s legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage client and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement and manage a robust Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations).
- Stay updated on laws and regulations impacting company operations.
- Develop and monitor internal compliance programs and conduct periodic audits (ISO/ESG).
- Support corporate governance activities, including board meetings and documentation.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to a startup-like culture of agility, innovation, and ownership.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from an accredited institution.
- 9–12 years of legal experience in corporate and contract law.
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced business environments preferred.
- Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently with attention to detail.
