Details of the Job/Internship
Trillionloans is hiring a Legal Manager with 3–5 years of experience in fintech, banking, M&A, or general corporate law to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise, draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial agreements including service, third-party, and partnership agreements.
- Assist in general corporate matters and oversee group companies’ legal affairs.
- Develop and implement efficient contract negotiation and management processes.
- Lead communication strategies for consistency across internal and external channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and support policy advocacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for legal compliance.
- Complete due diligence exercises and identify legal risks with recommendations.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and close documents related to debt transactions including Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Debenture Trust Deeds, and Guarantee Deeds.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years post-qualification experience in a law firm, preferably with fintech/banking sector exposure.
- Experience in debt transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and basic understanding of RBI, SEBI, FEMA regulations.
