Details of the Job/Internship

Trillionloans is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the drafting, review, negotiation, and closure of a variety of commercial agreements, including third-party contracts, service agreements, partnership agreements, and license agreements.
• Advise on general corporate matters with a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, along with associated rules, regulations, and precedents. Familiarity with RBI, SEBI, and FEMA frameworks is essential.
• Oversee corporate governance matters and legal affairs of group companies.
• Develop and implement efficient contract negotiation processes, including maintaining standard agreement templates, contract lifecycle management systems, and legal databases.
• Lead communication strategies ensuring consistency across all internal and external stakeholders.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to NBFCs and financial institutions, particularly RBI guidelines.
• Ensure all commercial arrangements comply with internal policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws across BharatPe and its subsidiaries.

Stakeholder Interactions

• Proactively engage with regulatory authorities and participate in policy advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and provide sound legal counsel.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm, with a focus on fintech, banking, M&A, and general corporate law.
• Prior experience in the fintech or banking sector, especially handling debt transactions, is highly desirable.
