An RBI-registered NBFC, Trillionloans is a new-age digital lending platform that aims to catalyze access and ease of credit for SMEs and consumers through the smart use of technology and data science. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Trillionloans is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs), particularly those involving FLDG (First Loss Default Guarantee) arrangements
• Vendor and service provider agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Procurement-related and operational contracts
• Maintain and regularly update contract trackers and centralized document repositories.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Tech, Finance, and Operations to gather inputs for contract execution.
• Support the Legal Head on matters related to governance, litigation tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to developing and improving internal legal processes for contract lifecycle management including templates, workflows, and contract management systems.
• Ensure all contractual arrangements adhere to organizational policies, legal obligations, and applicable laws.
• Actively support communications strategy by ensuring consistency in internal and external legal messaging.
• Preference given to candidates with familiarity with RBI regulatory guidelines applicable to NBFCs and fintech entities.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or within the legal/compliance team of an NBFC/fintech/banking institution.
• Preference for candidates with demonstrated experience in fintech, banking, or debt financing transactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
