TRUENEX AABSOLUTE INSOLVENCY RESOLUTIONS LLP is hiring a Resolution Expert to join their office in Nagpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in CIRP and liquidation assignments.
• Drafting applications, public announcements, and reports.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and CoC members.
• Ensuring compliance under regulations of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
• Attending hearings before the National Company Law Tribunal.

Eligibility

• CA, CS, CMA, or LLB qualification.
• Experience in CIRP, liquidation, and avoidance applications.
• Knowledge of IBC regulations and the compliance framework.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
