Details of the Job/Internship

Truenex Aabsolute Insolvency Resolutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Nagpur. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and supporting insolvency and bankruptcy cases. The role also includes liaising with clients, attending hearings, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and case documentation.
• Assist in managing insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Attend hearings and provide support in representation, where required.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher; qualification to practice law is preferred.
• Strong understanding of insolvency and bankruptcy laws.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and case documentation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in attending hearings and providing representation, where required.
• Experience in insolvency or corporate legal advisory is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
