Details of the Job/Internship

TVS Credit Services Limited is looking for legal manager to join them at their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintaining Database (Soft Copy & Hard Copy).
• Represent Company before Courts, Police Station and/or any other Govt. /Pvt. body.
• Must be skilled in drafting, vetting, and preparing legal documents with extensive knowledge and interpretation skills, including notices etc., 
• Legal recovery through execution of warrant/summon.

Eligibility

• The candidate should possess good communication skills.
• The incumbent should have 1 -3 years of relevant experience in Banking/NBFC; freshers can also apply.
• ⁠Basic Qualifications: LLB/B.A. LLB/ BBA.LL.B.
• Working knowledge of Sec 138, Sec 25C of the PASS Act, SARFAESI, Arbitration, Civil and Criminal matters.
• Knowledge of MS Office, tech-savvy, Telugu speaking and reading is must.
