Details of the Job/Internship
UK Realty is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with experience of 7-8 years to join their Andheri -West, Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of AFS, MOUs, Development Agreements, JDA, J.V. Agreements.
- Solving issues and providing templates of Standard Formats of Customer Queries of the CRM Department.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Drafting of property documents sale deeds, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, MOUs, agreements to sale, and other property documentation. Advise on land-property matters.
- Drafting of all commercial and legal documents as per the business's requirement to ensure that they are in accordance with the corresponding laws.
- Effectively liaison with solicitors, advocate firms, or property acquisition or arrangement matters and ensure timely follow-up and closure of desired arrangement. Keep management updated on development periodically.
- Design, augment, and review contractual instruments that would assist and support various business activities including overseeing the drafting of documentation for admin / IT / HR vendor transactions and ensuring that the SLAs are well-defined and audited., and more.
Eligibility
- LLB
- Prior Inhouse Experience
- Experience in real estate and previous work at a real estate firm preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and prepare correct documentation.
- Understanding Real Estate Terminology and Land Laws is essential.
- Must be able to draft and prepare documents in English and Marathi.
