Unitech Solution is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to business teams and support the AVP – Legal.
- Review, draft, and negotiate tenders, RFPs, teaming contracts, MOUs, supply contracts, O&M contracts, joint venture agreements, product development agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Ensure legal compliance across the company, joint ventures, and subsidiaries.
- Offer strategic advice in relation to complex documentation.
- Provide legal opinions in case of disputes.
- Understand legal and business requirements to draft accurate agreements.
- Maintain high accuracy in document review and verification.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised institute.
- 4–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and basic principles of the Contract Act.
- Knowledge of international legal requirements and business needs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to business requirements with fast turnaround times.
- Preference for candidates from the Defence, Aerospace, Machining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Power sectors.
