Vakil TV is hiring Legal Managers for a remote, contractual role to independently handle end-to-end legal matters. The role involves managing cases, legal documentation, compliance, and providing practical legal advice to support informed business decisions while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee legal cases and ongoing legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice to management.
- Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal teams.
- Identify potential legal risks and proactively support informed business decisions.
Eligibility
- LLB or JD is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal affairs.
- Hands-on experience in legal drafting and legal management.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently in a remote work environment.
