Details of the Job/Internship

Vatika Group is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 10 to 15 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of RERA regulations for real estate compliance.
• Providing timely advice to other departments on concerns or queries having a legal impact
• Skillfully draft and review a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead and mentor legal team members for optimal performance.
• Ensure company-wide adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of legal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve legal objectives.

Eligibility

• Graduate in LLB with relevant 10 - 15 years’ work experience.
• Good communication/presentation skills.
• Should have a knowledge of RERA and litigation matters.

Salary/Stipend
