Role and Responsibilities
- Handle arbitration, execution proceedings (EP cases), and consumer cases.
- Manage SARFAESI and High Court matters.
- Oversee legal monitoring and compliance.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of practice in Lower and District Courts.
- 3–5 years of NBFC experience.
