Details of the Job/Internship

Vista Spaces is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with Management of VISTA
• Co-ordinating with Vista's legal consultant.
• Co-ordinating with Land Owners for documents , agreements.
• Co-ordinating with Agencies for launching of the Project.
• Handling of Registration with Labour Agencies.
• Structuring of Deals and Financing for the Project.
• Co-ordinating between Customers and their legal Consultants for Agreements, Bank loan, Registration.
• Creating files for pre-approval of loan with banks.
• Handling documents relating to Land Acquisition, MOU/LOI , JDA, upto handover to association, DOD etc.
• Co-ordinating with RERA Consultants for RERA Registration and subsequent requirements.
• Assisting in Liasioning for Government approvals, and getting Legal documents.
• Archiving legal file given by legal consultant.
• Incorporation and post incorporation activities of Partnership firms.
• Trade Mark & Patent registration Activities.
• Handling of Notices from Government departments, Courts etc.

Eligibility

• Experience in the real estate industry - Min 10 yrs.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Salary - As per Industry Standards.
• Proficient in Kannada.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
