Details of the Job/Internship
WatchYourHealth.com is hiring a Legal & Commercial Manager with relevant experience to join their team in Thane (Wagle Estate).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and MOUs.
- Assist in internal and external negotiations.
- Manage contract timelines, renewals, and obligations.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, summaries, SOPs, and compliance checklists.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support audit processes.
- Maintain documentation, legal records, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal departments.
- Support activities related to corporate governance, data privacy, and IP matters.
- Create and deliver business presentations.
- Communicate effectively with international clients.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Eligibility
- Male/Female candidates.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory).
- Experience in legal documentation and agreement preparation.
- Proficient in creating business presentations.
- Flexible and adaptable work ethic.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Salary/Stipend
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
