Details of the Job/Internship

Wingreens World is hiring a Legal Manager to provide legal support and guidance across all business functions, ensuring compliance, minimizing legal risk, and enabling business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including supply, distribution, vendor, marketing, and licensing contracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws including FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Environmental, and Labor Laws.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel. Represent the company in hearings as needed.
• Provide legal opinions on marketing claims, IP usage, employment law, and risk exposure.
• Support HR with employment law queries and contract issues.
• Ensure compliance with board and shareholder matters.
• Support brand protection, trademark filings, and handle IP infringement issues.
