Details of the Job/Internship

Zakkaa Home Decor is hiring a Manager – Legal Adviser to manage corporate legal matters, compliance, contracts, and litigation. The role involves advising management on legal risks, coordinating with external counsels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal guidance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate legal matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and company policies.
• Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and regulatory authorities.
• Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and legal risk assessment.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to support business operations and decisions.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM degree.
• 10–15 years of experience in corporate legal advisory.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance to management.

Salary/Stipend

₹6,00,000 – ₹7,20,000 per annum (based on experience)
