ZecaTech is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with experience of 5-8 years to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of technology agreements to support the business team, including terms of use, master services agreements, business correspondent agreements, payment facilitation agreements, association/network agreements, and financial institution partnership agreements.
- Providing compliance advice to the product development team and to other internal teams to ensure Bharatpe products are compliant with applicable regulations.
- Developing and maintaining internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Coordinating with the internal team on internal matters and providing guidance.
- Working on proactive engagement with regulatory bodies on policy advocacy and advisory for Fintech policies.
- Ensure that Bharatpe 's policies and procedures are followed and that all commercial agreements align with company policies, other contractual obligations, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify trends and potential impacts of legal and regulatory changes on data security and advise Bharatpe Group on these developments.
Eligibility
- The candidate should be an LLB graduate only.
- Candidate should have experience in handling legal and compliance for Fintech products to meet Govt. guidelines and regulations.
- Experience of at least 5 - 8 Yrs.
