Details of the Job/Internship
Suchir India is hiring a Legal Manager/Assistant Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assess local laws for properties to be acquired.
- Prepare preliminary notes and title reports. Coordinate with external advocates for legal opinions.
- Coordinate with bank panel advocates for legal opinions related to project approvals and finance.
- Handle queries raised by customers and advocates.
- Draft Memorandums of Understanding, Joint Development Agreements, Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Oversee the legal aspects of business operations and transactions.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Provide guidance on labor law, intellectual property, and contract disputes.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization’s interests.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
Eligibility
LLB graduate with 5–7 years of experience in the real estate industry and land purchase/non-litigation.
