Muthoot Homefin is hiring qualified legal professionals for the positions of Legal Manager in Lucknow and Legal Associate for the Kanpur branch. The role involves handling legal due diligence of property documents, title verification, scrutiny of khatauni and revenue records, managing legal opinions and compliance, coordinating with advocates, and supporting business teams through legal risk assessment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence of property documents.
• Verify property titles and scrutinise khatauni and revenue records.
• Handle legal opinions and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with external advocates.
• Support business teams with legal risk assessment.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with an LLB degree.
• Experience in housing finance, NBFC, or banking legal work is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of property and revenue laws, with experience in Uttar Pradesh preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
