Details of the Job/Internship
Gabion Technologies India Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager / Legal Counsel with experience of 5–10 years to join their office in Delhi NCR. This is a hands-on role involving ownership of legal matters, including litigation, advisory, contracts, compliance, and internal coordination, with a focus on driving cases to closure across courts and authorities in Delhi NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage ongoing and new cases, including civil, commercial, recovery, MSEFC, and arbitration matters.
- Represent the company or coordinate with external counsels.
- Ensure effective case strategy, timely filings, and follow-ups.
- Execute legal orders, including recovery, attachment, and enforcement.
- Maintain visibility and tracking of all cases.
- Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice to management.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Draft, vet, and negotiate agreements, including client, vendor, NDA, and employment contracts.
- Strengthen and standardize legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams and act as a single point of contact for legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM.
- 5–10 years of experience with strong litigation exposure.
- Experience handling matters in Delhi NCR courts and tribunals.
- Strong command over commercial disputes, recovery, and contract law.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
