Details of the Job/Internship

Votum is hiring a Legal Intern (Sales & Marketing) for a 2–3 month full-time or part-time Remote internship, with the possibility of extension. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral for legal clients.
• Conduct market research on legal-tech adoption, competitors, and customer needs.
• Support outreach via customized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, webinars, and events targeting legal professionals.
• Draft contracts, NDAs, and MoUs under supervision.
• Perform legal research and assist product development with precedent analysis.
• Review documents for compliance, accuracy, and risk assessment.

Eligibility

• Current law student (3rd year or above in 5-year courses or final year in 3-year courses) or recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in legal technology, sales, and marketing.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal drafting and research is preferred but not mandatory.
