Barclays is hiring a Legal Matter Analyst to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide Procure to Pay support and act as the point of contact for related information.
- Manage aged debt, ensure timely payments, and maintain engagement with legal partner firms.
- Support processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution across business areas.
- Collaborate with teams to align operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance.
- Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide specialist advice, manage risk, and strengthen controls within the work area.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and address their requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate.
- Banking operations experience or procurement industry experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, enterprise risk management framework, and internal policies.
- Ability to take ownership, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Procure to Pay cycle and operations is desirable.
- Knowledge of Coupa and portfolio management experience is desirable.
- Experience in reporting is desirable.
