Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Legal Mentor with 1-4 years of experience to work remotely in a full-time capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group mentorship sessions focused on building freelancing profiles on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Guide students on LinkedIn optimization, CV building, and career strategy.
- Provide complete support to learners from CV creation to job placement.
- Take full ownership of the learner's career journey from initial discussions to placement.
- Minimum 6 active mentoring hours daily, with additional time for collaboration and preparation.
- Work 6 days a week; 2 Saturdays off and 2 half-working Saturdays per month.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of prior experience in mentoring students, teaching, or customer handling.
- Legal knowledge, experience as a career coach, or working with law firms in HR/recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms and placement guidance is mandatory.
- Confident in mentoring students via Zoom/Google Meet.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs, and fluency in English.
- Access to a working laptop and good internet connection.
