Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Capital is hiring a Legal MIS Officer with experience of 5 years to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to update and maintain the PAN India legal MIS database.
• Analyze legal data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Oversee the legal initiation and notice process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline legal operations and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain various reports for management review.
• Manage advocate billings, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle data and document management for the PAN India Legal team.

Eligibility

• Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MIS tools, and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of legal actionable items, legal stages, and legal MIS.
• A law graduate will be given preference.
