Details of the Job/Internship
Panorama Studios International Ltd. is hiring a legal professional with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review music-related contracts and manage various rights and licensing agreements.
- Ensure all music assets and activities comply with relevant legal standards and industry regulations.
- Provide expert advice on intellectual property matters specifically related to the music industry.
- Support music production and performance domains through sound legal guidance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect and manage the studio's music portfolio.
- Navigate legal frameworks to secure music-related assets for motion pictures and other media.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in entertainment or music law is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the music industry, music production, and licensing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Law; specialization in this area is a plus.
- Familiarity with music performance principles and music education standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
