Details of the Job/Internship
Deutsche Bank is hiring Legal Negotiators with experience in derivative and financial product transactions to join their Mumbai office. This role involves drafting and negotiating mid to high complexity contracts and legal documents in support of Deutsche Bank Group’s global operations across APAC, EU, and US regions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of master agreements including ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, CSDs, GMRA, MRA, GMSLA, MSLA, and Prime Brokerage Agreements.
- Review constitutional documents and ensure all corporate consents and approvals are in place.
- Coordinate with internal teams and respond to queries regarding master agreements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Understand and consider business and regulatory requirements in all work.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in the field.
- Participate in documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Law degree or Commonwealth-qualified lawyer/solicitor.
- 2–5 years of PQE for Senior Analyst level.
- 6–8 years of PQE for Associate level.
- Prior experience in derivative documentation is an advantage.
