Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Network Manager — Pan India with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage qualified lawyers across India for client cases based on jurisdiction, domain expertise, and capacity.
- Act as the central coordinator between clients and lawyers, ensuring all interactions, updates, and escalations are tracked and managed end-to-end on Legodesk.
- Ensure legal documents, notices, case files, and supporting artifacts are delivered to lawyers accurately and on time with no gaps in the chain of custody.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and lawyers by resolving conflicts, managing expectations, and ensuring consistent service quality.
- Proactively expand the lawyer network across geographies, conduct due diligence, onboard verified advocates, and maintain an updated network database.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent legal background preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, legal BPO, legaltech, or related roles.
- Familiarity with debt recovery frameworks.
- Comfort using legal practice management tools such as Legodesk or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Existing network of lawyers across multiple states is a strong advantage.
