Details of the Job/Internship
Courtroom Today is hiring a Legal News Editor for a full-time, remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research and report on legal developments, court proceedings, and judicial decisions.
- Write, edit, and publish accurate and engaging legal news content.
- Monitor legal news sources and analyze court rulings.
- Manage and update digital content across publishing platforms.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to maintain content quality and relevance.
- Ensure all published content aligns with organizational objectives and journalistic standards.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in news writing, journalism, and editorial work.
- Experience with new media and digital content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and judicial reporting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital publishing tools.
