LawChakra is hiring for the position of Legal News Reporter to join their Delhi office. They are looking for passionate and motivated Legal News Reporters to join their dynamic team. If you have a keen interest in law, strong writing skills, and a desire to cover breaking legal news, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a Legal News Reporter, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and publishing news videos related to legal events, court proceedings, judgments, and other law-related content.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research and cover breaking legal news, high-profile cases, and important court decisions.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging legal news articles.
- Conduct interviews with legal experts, lawyers, and other professionals.
- Attend legal events, court hearings, and press conferences (in-person or online).
- Stay updated with the latest legal trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure timely publication of news stories.
- Fact-check and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Journalism, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in journalism or law is a plus.
- Strong interest in legal topics and current affairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stories simultaneously.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
