Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Limited is hiring Legal Officers for their Business Legal Department for Jaipur location.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling legal documentation related to secured business loans (LAP/ Mortgage).
• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing agreements, notices, and legal documents, and preparing legal opinions on business, property, and documentation matters.
• Conducting title search, legal due diligence, and property verification.
• Coordinating with advocates, branch teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in business transactions.
• Supporting business teams by identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification (mandatory).
• Relevant experience in Business Legal / NBFC / BFSI / Secured Lending.
• Strong knowledge of property law, mortgage documentation, and loan agreements.
• Good drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle legal cases and documentation independently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
