Details of the Job/Internship

SK Finance Ltd is hiring a Legal Officer - Business Legal for its Shahpura, Rajasthan office. The role is open to freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience (PQE) in business legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutinize property titles and vet property documents.
• Review and approve legal reports for compliance.
• Conduct branch visits to train local sales teams on legal processes.
• Prepare internal legal scrutiny reports.
• Manage external vendor relationships for legal services.
• Physically visit authorities for property verification in case of doubts.
• Track and maintain legal MIS and file disbursement process.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (LLB).
• Fresher or minimum 6 months Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal processes and technology applications in finance.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
