Details of the Job/Internship
ENTOD Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Legal Officer – Contracts & IP Coordination with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate review and execution of commercial agreements via external legal counsel.
- Manage timelines for contracts including distribution, licensing, supply, NDAs, and R&D collaborations.
- Maintain centralized digital trackers for agreements and renewals.
- Act as liaison for trademark and patent filings, renewals, oppositions, and clearance checks.
- Maintain legal records and documentation for due diligence and audits.
- Track legal invoices and support budgeting.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree; specialization in IPR or contract law is a plus.
- 2–5 years of legal coordination experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Salary/Stipend
