Details of the Job/Internship

BPTP Group is hiring a Legal Manager – Litigation & RERA Execution with 5–6+ years of experience in real estate litigation, specifically in Gurgaon RERA execution matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation for Gurgaon RERA and represent the company before execution courts and related forums.
• Coordinate with external counsel and prepare case-related legal documentation.
• Provide legal support, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and advise internal stakeholders.
• Attend court hearings regularly and track matters likely to be listed in court.
• Work towards timely closure of execution matters and prevent adverse court orders.
• Inform the Reporting Manager of urgent matters and anticipated hearings in advance.
• File applications and documents before courts as required.
• Review calculations submitted in execution proceedings by Decree Holders and Adjudicating Officers.
• Develop legal strategy with the Reporting Manager and external counsel.
• Liaise with court personnel, opposing counsel, and internal departments.
• Maintain MIS, case records, and stay updated on latest judgments and legal developments.
• Attend CRM/Legal Interlock review meetings and provide solutions to challenges faced in cases.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with at least 5–6+ years of experience in real estate companies.
• Strong exposure to Gurgaon RERA, especially in execution matters.
• Knowledge of RERA Act, Consumer Act, Apartment Act, Land Revenue Act, HDRU Act, and other real estate-related laws.
• Experience appearing before Adjudicating Officers, Accounts Officers, and RERA authorities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and case management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing BBAs, Settlement Deeds, and Conveyance Deeds compliant with the RERA Act.
